TLTH Build
- Owner-side product specification
- Defined trade installation
- Residential and commercial interfaces
- Project handoff coordination
The TLTH ecosystem
The integrated plan has five customer-facing sites: TLTH Build, The Luxury Tree House, Savory Celebration, The House Edit and Persephaure. FORMA and Beckie remain supporting layers, so every brand keeps a distinct promise, customer, economics and search authority.
Direct answer
House Specifier is a TLTH Build program for residential development teams, not a separate customer-facing brand. It keeps the approved kitchen scope and resident handoff connected inside TLTH Build’s defined trade and specification responsibilities.
Clear brand responsibilities
A connected project journey
A customer enters through search, referral, FORMA, The Luxury Tree House, The House Edit, Savory Celebration or Persephaure.
Each request stays with the destination responsible for it. Beckie supports only approved routing behind the scenes; Persephaure currently handles inquiries directly by email.
TLTH Build connects owner decisions, approved specifications and its defined trade installation scope with the project’s general contractor, designers, dealers and licensed trades.
House Edit supports product and whole-home selections without confusing product economics with construction.
TLTH is designed to provide appliance education, relevant demonstrations and purchaser or membership experiences as the environments come online.
Project records, education, warranty pathways and future service remain connected after completion.
